our service

The SLGE has developed an online service platform for students, accessible anytime and anywhere, 24 hours a day. This initiative aims to provide greater convenience and support for students by offering flexible, self-service access to information and resources related to the Club’s activities and services.

If a student’s device is connected to the university’s wireless network but is unable to access any system, the student is advised to switch to a mobile network instead of using the university’s internet connection.
For further inquiries, please contact 075-672401 or email: slge@wu.ac.th

Students are required to confirm their participation in activities organized by the SLGE, as well as events hosted by the School of Languages and General Education, via the login menu located at the top left corner of the page.

Access to the system must be made using the student identification number and the last five digits of the national identification card.

Recognition of English Language Skill Development through Chatterbox Café and Proficiency Assessment

To encourage continuous English language skill development beyond the classroom setting, the SLGE is pleased to offer official certificates to students who demonstrate exceptional commitment and performance through the following criteria:

  • Chatterbox Café Participation
Students who actively participate in Chatterbox Café activities for a cumulative total of no less than 100 hours will be eligible to receive a Certificate of Participation in Out-of-Class English Language Skill Development. This certificate serves as official recognition of the student’s dedication to improving English communication skills in a relaxed and practical learning environment.
  • English Proficiency and Placement Test Achievement
Students who achieve a score of 90% or above on the English Proficiency and Placement Test are also entitled to request the same certificate. This acknowledges their high level of English proficiency and academic readiness for English-mediated instruction and global engagement.
  • Requesting Certificates
Eligible students may submit their requests for the certificate through the online system by logging in via the official website of the SLGE. Simply navigate to the “Certificate Request” section after successful login using your student ID number and the last five digits of your national ID card number.
  • Important Note
Students can verify both their total participation hours in Chatterbox Café and their English proficiency test scores on the homepage immediately after logging in to the system.

This initiative reflects the University’s commitment to supporting students’ language development and preparing them for academic and professional success in an increasingly globalized world. We encourage all students to take full advantage of this opportunity and become active participants in their own language learning journey.
